If you don`t like to go by train or by car to Hellraiser - One Nation (Wesel, Germany), but don`t want to mis Germany its biggest hardcore event, their is a solution for your problem:

For just 29 Euro, you get entrance (Hellraiser ticket) and a retour-ticket !
You can take the bus from: Bochum, Dortmund and Essen (they will leave from the HBF in those cities).
